Athena Real Estate, LLC is a private real estate investment firm founded in 2004. Athena, through affiliates, invests in a variety of specialty collateral types, including; manufactured home communities, RV parks and resorts, and self-storage. Athena makes direct investments in a disciplined manner, while it has grown each year since its formation.
